A pivotal moment during a workshop sparked my mission when a brave educator asked, 'What do I do when a child throws a chair at me?'

I understood the dilemma, realizing many educators felt powerless. Navigating early career challenges, I faced fear and panic during children’s explosive behaviours, making countless mistakes.

Now equipped with specialized training and extensive experience, I'm here to support childcare supervisors and educators on their unique path.

Inspiring Intentions was born from that workshop's memory, driven by a mission to empower childcare centres. My goal is to guide educators in handling tough moments with calm, inventiveness, and cohesion.

It’s not a matter of if an explosive behaviour will happen, it’s about being prepared and knowing what to do when it happens.
